1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Browsing and Media purpose. Applications : Firefox, Chrome, MS Office, VLC, Mid end Gaming (not high end gaming, PC would be used by my 10 year old kid)

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 10 to 15k max

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 10, (if possible win7 too, my kid's school computer class uses win7, if latest cpu doesnt support win7 then its fine, will ajdust with win10)

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: NO HDD needed

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: I already have Dell S2240L.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Already have PSU Corsair VX550 (2 years old), Dell S2240L monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, HDD, Speakers.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Within a month.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: I have built before.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Ahmedabad, Local & online both options open.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: This would be primary pc for my kid, I learnt from this forum that upgrading old pc (config given below) is not a wise decision.
A new cheap cabinet with usb 3.0 port would be needed.
PC must support HDMI and 4k videos. It would be better if pc has inbuilt graphics, and later will add high end graphics card for gaming.
If SSD is possible in this budget then 128/250gb samsung ssd would be must.

OLD PC config :
Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 (2.7Ghz)
XFX 650i Ultra Motherboard
4 GB DDR2 RAM
1 TB Seagate SATA II HDD + 1 TB Seagate SATA II HDD
Corsair VX550w Power Supply
Palit 9500GT graphics card (its dead now)
Dell S2240L monitor
Win 7 64bit

Pls suggest some cheap graphics card with HDMI port for my OLD PC.

Intel processor's price shot up by big margin, lately. And in this budget, it's too hard to fit everything. Go with what Minion suggested, but to fit in the budget
go for 4GB memory
strike that SSD off from the list and,
buy generic cabinet instead

As for GPU for your old rig,
I am using Intel C2D with GT710 and I am facing issues. So my suggestion would be better go for older cards like GT210 from used market.

In this "AMD Ryzen 3 2200G" Processor, No need separate Graphics Card?

If yes, It will play all AAA game titles without any lagging...

Yes,but it is somewhat in between 1030 & 1050 so probably won't be able to play latest games in full HD at decent/good settings. Also you must use two same ram sticks(preferably at least two same 3000mhz sticks) for getting the most performance out of its integrated graphics.

One more doubt:emoji_thinking:

Can we use, In built Graphics Processor and Separate Graphics Card
In same machine what will happen?
It's recommended?

Both will work same together or either one will inactive.

Installing dedicated gfx card in pcie slot will disable ryzen inbuilt gfx.You will have to take out the gfx card from pcie slot to re-enable ryzen integrated graphics. There are no issues in this.

Ok either one is disabled understand.

So, finally no use of buying in built graphics processor and dedicated graphics card same together.

Some times it is useful, in case your display stopped working suddenly then you can remove graphics card and connect monitor directly to motherboard 's output to check. If display is back as normal then your gpu is faulty. Without onboard display port you will need spare GPU to check this.

For checking display...No need in built graphics processor... Normal Mother board will do with any display connectivity...I think so...

No,without integrated graphics processor there will be no display output from mobo even if processor is working correctly. Anyway this is for those who don't need 6 core processors.e.g.4 cores Ryzen 3 1200 without integrated graphics cost ~5600 while 4 cores Ryzen 3 2200 G with integrated graphics cost ~7500. If somebody is going to buy a graphics card anyway(at least a 1050 or above) & can afford extra 2k then no issue getting 2200G.However if one wants 6 core processor then there is no 6 cores Ryzen G.

Previously I used dual core and core 2 duo processor in Intel mother board.
Out put from VGA using several years without any dedicated graphics card

Intel processors always have integrated graphics either in their mobo(pentium & core2 & earlier) or in processor(core i onwards) itself.AMD used to have integrated graphics in their older gen mobos but not anymore. Nowadays only server class mobos come with integrated graphics. Other than that, only option is integrated graphics in processor.

Update : Thanks to all members, PC is ready and its fantastic. Somehow i managed with Intel config within just 17500 rupees.

1. Intel G4560
2. Asrock B250M-HDV 6th/7th Gen Processor Supported MotherBoard (Blue)
3. Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR4 LPX 2400MHz C16 RAM Kit for X99 Chipset (CMK8GX4M1A2400C16R)
4. Corsair Carbide Series 100R CC-9011075-WW Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case ATX (not Included) Power Supply

Above components cost around 17500 (that too with no cost EMI) from Amazon (with HDFC bank credit card offer)

Following components pulled out from my old computer/borrowed/purchased 2nd hand.

5. Samsung 840 EVO 250 GB SATA III SSD (running in rapid mode, super performance)
6. 500gb HDD. (will upgrade it to 1tb WD Blue later)
7. Dell S2240L monitor.
8. Corsair VX 550 PSU (2 years old, will change this PSU after 2 months, Please suggest some good PSU !!!!)

Thats it.
Win 10 x64 running smooth, microsoft playstore games like asphalt running flawlessly.
I got what was needed.
Once again, Thanks to everybody here.

Guys, I need to build another PC for office work. MSOFFICE, TALLY, Web browsing etc. Simple office work, nothing hardcore.
Prices and configs changed since my last post. Pls suggest New config for the lowest possible budget.
Only CPU+MOBO+RAM
Pls do suggest some good but cheap PSU, The one which comes with cheap cabinet is useless, it destroys hard disk and other components.

Rest of the components i will buy separately.

Samsung SSD comes with MAGICIAN software which takes some ram and boost pc performance like anything. Can we do the same with Kingston/Adata 120gb SSD ?

Thanks

Cheapest options are Athlon and Pentium built. But for 2k more, 2200G is worth it and it offers good value for the money.
Decide which way you wanna go. These are the rough pricing of the parts.

Athlon ~ 4.5k or Pentium G5400 ~ 5k or Ryzen 2200G ~ 7k
H310/A320 board would cost about 4.5k or B450 board for about 6k
4GB RAM for about 2k or 8GB for about 3k
Corsair VS series or Antec BP series PSU for about 2.5k
