New Broadband connection dilemna

i am looking for bb connection,but not able to find any one!
can anybody help me for the same?
needed an unlimited connection,400-600kbps will be enough..
i am thinking of reliance broadnet connection,suggest if it is good or not?
i am skeptical about its availability at my place,so can anyone suggest me any other bb conection?

I am using reliance broadnet and while it has very good service here in Kolkata and the speeds are also good, since the past 2 months I am getting extremely high latency/ping while playing online games like CS so it is very difficult to play in Indian servers. However the ping on American and European servers is much lower(magical right?). But if you don't play online games, then it is a good connection.
