New All in 1 printer, suggestions needed

I Need a all in 1 printer(scan,print,copy) for home use.
Main purpose printing text but sometimes color (mostly photos).
Should have good quality photo printing and must also be low cost per page.

also what are the important things which i should i look when buying a printer?

Price limit under 10000 Rs.

GOOGLE????? WTH man
i have already checked the hp website and selected many printers but i don't know what are the things which effect the quality and which are cheaper print per page. thats why i have asked u guys.
i know dpi(dots per inch) is important but all of them have 4800 x 1200 optimised dpi on select HP photo papers and only one has 9600 x 2400 optimised dpi.

Ok finally my fifth post in a row
Canon Pixma mp545 has better looks than HP Photosmart C5300
but i don't know which have cheaper ink cartridge.
Anyone??
