Networking Problem..............?

I have attached an image which will tell you about my friends office network
He has 5 PC, 4 have WinXP_SP2 Installed & 5th has Windows 2000 Server Installed
all are connected to a HUB
their IP are
192.168.0.xx
& share Internet Connection
I want to make that Only PC No. 4 can access PC No. 5
& Only PC No. 5 can access PC No. 4
also i want to make that PC No. 5 cant access Internet
Also I want a LAN Messenger which is free
Pls help................

Turn Off File Share in All PCs expect PC 4 and PC 5, Now on both occation at PC 5 and PC 4 go to Advanse file share, There u can remove the user EveryOne and allow only one selected user to access the Drive !!

Now make sure that user is password protected... do it with all drives of PC 4 and 5.. therefore after you do it, only a person on the netowrk who has the password can only access the drives... !!

Use a firewall and set trusted list individually for each computer based on computers that you should allow access to it.
