Networking Fedora Core and win98 systems

In my system I have Fedora Core 3
I have another system with windows 98 only, both have network cards even I have the cable

I need to network both, having the system with fedora core 3 as server and win 98 system as client. How should I do that? (I have heard that Samba is used to network windows with linux.)

Also I need to share the internet connection between these two systems.
