Nero Installation - any restriction to keep in mind?

I have a Nero 7 Essentials CD, which I want to use to install in a friend's PC (which I'm using now) and would like to move it to a PC I intend to buy in few months... Would this be possible or would there be any restriction that it's already used on a particular PC (Registration key) and so cannot be used on the PC I buy somemonths down the line?

That would lead to restrictions. Thats PIRACY-Don't go for it. Thats it!!!!!!!!!!! Better buy another license key for your friend, you might recieve a discount for that (may be, I heard some software companies offer that)

Well -- what if I have the installation location specified as my external hard-drive?

In this case, if I connect this external harddrive to the new PC, would I be able to use it there?
