NERO 8 Installation Problem

i Couldn’t install nero 8 from digit DVD. because installer showing this error.
" A system reboot was requested by a previous software installation (e.g. a Windows Update).please reboote your computer to resume the installation of Nero 8 "

I restart system but problem is same. & I have no any previous nero software.

did you uninstall previous version?

Which operation system ?
XP or Vista ?

download nero clean tools from nero.com and try again....
