needs mp3 cd to cassette - recorder

hello friends,

i required a solution which can record my mp3 music to tapes to listen in car. i have cd writter, but the problem is my music system dosen't work for mp3 formats, secondly my car doesn't have cd player. the currently pioneer deck is working just smoothly hence i do want tochange that. so plz. help me out for recording solution of audio files to tape from my computer itself.

Recording to an audio tape is never a problem. Its usually the other way around that gives you trouble. Just get yourself a program like Winamp or iTunes and organize the files you want into two playlists A and B with 45 minutes of music for each side of a 90 minute audio tape. Connect a standard audio cable from your Speaker connection on your motherboard/sound card to the Line In of your tape recorder. Hit Record on the tape deck, play on your computer, let it record. Turn the tape around when the 45 minutes are up and record on the other side. Quality will remain good, adjust the equalizer settings on Winamp/iTunes/WMP and on your tape deck for optimum performance and audio quality.

just a little advice though, Normalize the volumes and equalizers on your Winamp... If you boost anything, chances are that the playback won't be all that good...

i did this kindda stuff years back b4 i got a in-dash mp3 player

vot enoonmai said , is the way 2 go . but u would hav2 1st listen 2 the output u r getting in ur deck ( hifi , .... wotever ) . saying this coz , frm experience , u would hav2 adjust the volume in winamp at 10-12% or u wouldnt get the rite kindda quality . in other words , at nething more than this , the sound would b distorted ( phatne lagegi ) .

n btw , u can convert ur cassette 'stuff' 2 mp3z using musicmatch jukebox , using the recording of ' line in ' .
