Well I am very interested in Buying a Graphics Card and some other Hardware upgrades ...

At Present my CPU'S Parts are a Little older one ...

I have Intel D946GZIS Model Mother Board
My Processor is Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 3.00GHz (Dual Core)
Number of CPU(s) One Physical Processor / 2 Cores / 2 Logical Processors / 64 bits
Has a PCI X16 Slot ... And 3 PCI X1 Slots
Supports Core2Duo Processor and UPTO 4 GB of RAM Upgrade

At present having 1 GB Ram and 250 GB HDD
I wish to Buy 2 GB Extra and Add as 1 GB + 2 GB = 3 GB Total of same Speed (DDR2)
And also Upgrade to 2 X 250 GB HDD

Having 1 + 2 GB Ram will make my PC run Stable ? Or will get any Unstabily Problems ?
And I like to buy a Graphics Card too Can my Mother Board Support NVidia GeForce 8 Series Cards ?
Caz I am liking to buy a GeForce 8800 GTS Card ... Well can I also get Info about needing Extra Coolant System ? If I Do a Jumbo Upgrade like this ?

Can Someone please guide me Correctly ?

8800GTS is obselete nowadays considering its price.
ATI HD 4850 for 11.5k is almost as fast as 9800GTX, and 8800GTS/GTX stands nowhere near.

i Suggest u to get another 2*1GB DDR2 800 in dual channel and sell off the current 1GB. That ll be better performing than 3Gb single channel.
UR mobo will work with any PCIE cards, and also all PCIE 2.0 cards[might need a mobo bios update in some cases].

But my Mother Board Supports onlly speed of DDR2 667/533 MHz Speed ? And ATI HD 4850 is far bit costly ... Any Suggestions near 8k ?

i suggested u 4850 coz u were saying, that u wanna go for 8800 GTS, which is even costlier than 4850.

For 8.5k, there is 9600GT. But i suggest u to wait a bit, untill HD 4650 becomes available, which promisses on par with previous HD 3850 or even 3870 but will be priced much lower like some 7~8k.
