Hi, with AI becoming such a big focus now, I really need to upskill to stay relevant. Luckily, my employer provides access to a lot of learning platforms, so resources aren’t an issue.

The problem is—I just can’t seem to focus. It’s not just distractions… I’m struggling to even sit at my desk for 5 minutes and actually study.

Any simple tips or tricks to improve focus would really help.
