Need to buy graphics card within 15000/-

I have currently shortlisted AMD R9 270x for 14000 on flipkart.

Will it be a good purchase?
Also i will be buying Corsair VS650 PSU along with it.

Another concern which i have is will my Motherboard Gigabyte H61M S1 support R9 270x?

Corsair VS Series PSU's are blacklisted.

Better go with Seasonic. And for an R9 270X 500-550W should be sufficient.

Motherboard is Ok for the gfx card but the card may look too big on the motherboard

Stay away from Corsair's VS series of psus as suggested.
