Need to buy ACs for newly constructed house

So I wanted a few ACs to be installed in our newly constructed house. I think atleast 4 in total. The rooms are about, 10x10 feet. So small rooms. I never had ACs before, so wanted some suggestions.
I "think" I can get by a 1 ton AC split ACs? Also what are some things to look out for when buying AC? Any brand and feature suggestions?

Check if you can get Mitsubishi Electric AC. This is the best AC I've ever experienced in my life cools the room within minutes only downside is that most stores don't like to install 1-2 AC for home.

Other brands I recommend are Carrier,Blue Star,O general

Seems Mitsubishi AC 1 Ton starts with Rs 65k. Bit on higher side compared to other brands. Although it's 5 star, so many that's why.
Will explore more.

Bro, did you check the price at the store? Website shows the MRP of the AC not the actual price
