Need to buy a Desktop PC for Gaming/ Programming

Please let me the product model for my configuration.

. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Programming Application , might use Virtual Machine even simultaneously and playing games like Crysis 2, assassin creed latest etc

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:35000-40000 (max)

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: I am looking for Core i5 /i7 , if processor is unlocked then its more better .

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: it would be for win8.1

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1TB HDD

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Have a 22 or 24 inch LED monitor

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: none

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: 2-3 week

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: will be done by assembler

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:Mumbai. Open to buying online.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans:Will need 8GB RAM High frequency and latest DDR3 or DDR4.

12. Include keyboard , mouse and Good speakers 2.0 and webcam

Doubts:
1) What is use of Dual HDD ?
I mean 1st using SSD and 2nd normal HDD

2) Is AMD processor better now over intel ?
I had Laptop with AMD anthlon which gave lot of heat. Please specify which processor to use . Preferred INTEL but suggestions are accepted for AMD also

Doubts:
1) What is use of Dual HDD ?

Hey!Mate am looking for finalising a Cabinet too!
Pls. Lemme know which one amongst Spec02 and Spec 03 and difference between the one with 2 Orange Led fans and other one with 3 Red Led fans in Spec 03 and best buy price of the same?

they are more or less the same. the only difference is the number of fans(one higher in spec 03). if you already have the case fans, you can skip spec 03. if the price is higher for just 1 more fan, you can skip it. if the price difference is very close, you can consider spec 03. also have look at antec gx700 and gx900. and if you can go near 5k there is nzxt phantom h240.

No,mate what i actually meant is Spec 03 has two variants one with 2 Orange Led fans priced @4k on primeabgb and another with 3 Red Led fans priced @4.5k on itwares.com,so why does it have two variants when price of Spec 02 Red led case is 3800 with same specs as that of spec 03 orange led case?
Really confused Pls. Clarify asap!

They are the same. Prices vary from seller to seller.

See, since those 2 are exactly the same, you can choose whatever you like depending on the money you have. If you are going to spend 4.5k+, nzxt h240 was available for around 4.8k.

does OP needs a betger clocked processor? If yes then i'd suggest togo with M5A97 R2.0 EVO and overclock that FX6300. Else everything is good. Also get HyperXFury if you get m5a97 r2.0 evo
