Need to buy 14 inch laptop

My current laptop a compaq bought way back in 2006 is almost giving up now... So, was thinking of getting myself a new one...

I watch a lot of movies on my laptop, so need brilliant speakers and good display..., that apart, i use it heavily for MS-Office (really need processing power and ram here) and browsing... and casual stuff...

However, i also travel frequently... so i would prefer a 14 inch (15 is too big to carry around, and 13 is too small to enjoy the movies)... and if possible, a back-lit keyboard...


Budget around 40-50K

any advice???
