Need suggestions for Mobo + Processor + GPU + RAM

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: I want to use for multiple uses like Running Java and application servers. I also want to run games like
single user games(Prince of persia) and high end games (not played many but if I get chance, I can download and play) assasin's creed (1/2/3) . I also play online games.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: I can stretch upto 20K.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No (coz adding cooling system will add more cost, and I don't have any exp. in that)

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Win 7

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: N/A , I have my HDDs

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: NO - I have Viewsonic VA2026W - 20inch wide monitor

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Mouse, KBD, Monitor(VA2026W) , HDD, LAN Card router or any related stuff, Cabinet (I have CM 690). I have SMPS (don't remember model right now but I think its 500/650 Watt)
ALSO -
Sparkle SX84GS1024S3LNM GeForce 8400GS 1G D3L. (I had ATI Readon HD4850 which was hot-shot
that time, but it gave some vertical lines on monitor and became non-usable) so got this second-hand
card. and after that mobo started giving problems...read below

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: ASAP, this week

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: I will get parts from Pune local store and get assembled from him.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Open to buy online, but prefer buying locally and I guess in Pune parts should be avail.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans:
Thanks for reading my thread, more stuff here.
1. I HAVE below system, then mobo got burned part and repairman said even after getting some parts from Mumbai, PC can't start properly. it starts, and then goes off..repeats few times.

Core-2-Quad Q6660, ASUS P5Q-Pro motherboard, Kingston DDR-2 2GB ram (2x1GB) ,
Viewsonic monitor, CM690 cabinet, mouse and KBD, LAN Card etc.

Now buying only NEW Mobo (with LGA 775 socket...right? ) for this would bad because I think I can get better in little more price. - Please correct me here and if I can go for this suggest me Only MOBO, it would save lot of cost for me.
If I get latest Mobo, I have to go for newer CPU + RAM (DDR3 is better).
One BIG Qn - whatever you suggest, does above GPU is OK with that? or I will have to get new GPU also?
in that case suggest good card also.

so I need Mobo + CPU/Processor+ GPU + RAM. I went thro the other guide thread and thinking of below but can't decide
the correct combination.
I have no idea for current prices of below parts in Pune.

Just get 750 Ti instead of R7 250.

And don't "download" games from internet. Buy them from flipkart, amazon, steam, GOG, GMG, Bundle stars, humble bundle, etc. :)

Also get Antec VP450P PSU, you don't want these components to burn down right? ;)

Thanks All for suggestions. Buying same above Intel version but with little change in mobo - taken from buying guide thread.

CPU -Intel Core i3 4150 -7500,

Mobo -GIGABYTE GA-H81M-S2 PH - - instead of S1, getting S2PH. I hope this is OK. I have budget for it.

RAM -Kingston HyperX Fury 4GB 1600MHz -2500,

GPU - not taking it right now. I will use on-board graphics OR re-use Sparkle SX84GS1024S3LNM GeForce 8400GS 1G for now.

later on when I'll save some more, I can take better card.
Overall I still don't want to exceed around 15K, even after deciding to remove GPU from list. Thanks all again,
