After my existing system gone or dead. Search for seconds with good config from local know techie person.

Excluding - Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, Hardisk, UPS (APC Back-UPS ES 650) & Speaker.

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')

Ans: Browsing with 20 webpages with MS Office - Excel and Trading Terminal.
Gaming: FPS, RTG.
Medal Of Honor, Battlefield, Call of Duty, Sniper Elite, Company of Heros.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.

Ans: 15 to 20K


4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?

Ans: As of now Windows 7 (64bit),
Later will be Windows 10 (64 bit) ( Still not comfortable)
Need Suggestion which will perform as per built config.

Spend some more and get a new build.
If you can't spend any more right now, buy things in batch. That's what I did.
If you still wanna stick with used, I don't think no. 3, 4, 5 & 8 are good. We're in 9th Gen, 2nd and 3rd Gen looks too old and those i3s are like today's Pentium, probably worse.
Decent PSU and Cabinet would cost about 6k.

Don't waste money on those junks. You can build your own in that budget with warranty and a piece of mind. The budget might be needed to increase a bit but it will be worth it.

Better to buy a good new system today then spending 4-5k less to buy a very old system which has high chances of not working after 1-2 years meaning entire money gone as no warranty.

I would suggest you to spend more and get a system which will last longer say 5-6 years atleast if budget is issue then postpone and assemble your system after 2-3 months


Main problem is you have a 2k monitor no games will run with inbuilt graphics

Yes,that is correct(1700 or 2700 vs 7700). It is a waste of money to spend 37k on these components. You can get new ryzen 1700 for same/less price & new good mobo for ~9k with 3 years warranty.You can also get 16gb ram for ~9-10k(this samsung ram most likely won't have any warranty as officially samsung doesn't sell retail ram in India).

Mother Board 10K, Ram10K
Now this components comes around 37K, But budget 40K.

Still SSD, Case, PSU and Later will add GPU, Finally May comes around 70-75K?

You don't need 1700,you can get R5 1600 for 12k & it will be more than enough for you.All ryzen non-G processors need a gfx card for display output so you can't build non-G ryzen system without a gfx card. In fact if you are not a "heavy user/serious gamer" you can simply get ryzen 2200G for 7.4k & later buy a gfx card like 1060/rx580/their equivalent at that time.
