Ans:Yes

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Win 7 ultimate 64 bit

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:I have the required hdd

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:No.I have samsung 19 inch lcd,res 1440*900.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:Have xfx 9800gtx and cooler master rp-pcar-600 600w psu which i dont wanna change if they r enuf to game at my monitor res.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:This month

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:Yes

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:Living in Bhagalpur,Bihar.Planning to buy online but can get the components from metros if the price diff is enormous

Ans:The system i have in mind is.
Intel i5 3570k
Asrock z77 extreme4 mobo
Corsair 4gb ddr3 ram
Seasonic 620w psu(if needed)
Amd hd 6850(if my gpu isnt enough)

Building my rig for atleast 3 years so wannna have a decent config,will be overclocking in future.Thanks.

If you are OCing than this three are mandatory to keep the cpu cool
a cpu cooler
a good cabinet
thermal paste

and for now
save on mobo get Gigabyte GA-Z77P-D3 and get Amd hd 6870
no need to change psu you already got more than enough.

How about getting a core i3 2120 and a h61 mobo for 10k,as i m not overclocking as of now and maybe upgrading to haswell in 6 months.Also i wanna get gtx 660 which is around 18.5k as i need physx and can keep this card for 3 years maybe.Rest of the money i can spend in getting 4gb Ram.Will the i3 really bottleneck my gpu at my monitors res?

I think you should stick to Asrock Z77 extreme 4 as you are planning to overclock and if not then buy non 'K' 3570 with H77 board. It will save you a lot and highly recommended as you could go for Radeon 7850HD 1GB in that case.
