Need Mouse....

Hi Guys,

I want to buy a new mouse coz my 7months old logitech mouse has become so
sensitive dat...even if i single click any file....it double-clicks & opens the file(so irritating).....

Do u guys know rough & tough mouse...which can handle million or billion clicks....i think its due to FPS or TPS games we play.......

how much it will cost?

Even a cheap mouse can handle Million clicks. What was your mouse? Isn't it inside warranty? Anyway without knowing your budget I can say you could buy Logitech G9x laser mice @5700 dpi max and it can handle 8 million clicks, it comes with a 3 year warranty period. I am using it for last 3 years now, (and only I know how I tortured it) it has not a single problem. One more thing, DO BUY A GOOD MICE MAT FOR A GOOD MICE, it's Important, coz your mice feet is so important which you need to maintain well.

Well if you invest behind a good product the it should run at least 4-4.5 years may be more if you are a heavy gamer, can't say about Extreme heavy gamers though who plays 24*7. LOL.
BTW- What mouse did you have?

for the time being cant this problem of double clicks be solved by decreasing the double click speed in
Control Panel -> Mouse properties..

if you are willing to pay, i'd say logitech MX 518, it costs about 1200- 1250 & its a great value for the money. there are also two gigabyte gaming mice that cost around Rs. 700/- to Rs.1200/-. i've forgotten the names now. google for them. if you want something cheap, there's i-ball laser precise & some other i-ball optical mice which last quite long(personally used the i-ball laser precise for atleast two years before buying Logitech Mx-518)

hey ur double clicking problem might be due some other options enabled in windows i have a logitech mouse an old one its working fine and is now abt 5yrs old and i am a hardcore gamer and had no problems with my mouse !!!

Go to folder option under TOOLS MENU in windows explorer.

see below : CLICK ITEM AS FOLLOWS - Two options :single click to open an item & Double click to open an item. Choose the second one.

I knw dat options & its selected as double click (not single click).....
I going nuts over this issue......
