Need Motherboard For Intel Dual Core E2160

I am going to upgrade my P4.
I have already decided to buy
Intel Dual Core E2160
2 GB DDR2 RAM 800MHz

But,I can't find a good mobo that can overclock my E2160 easily.
It would be better if the mobo has 4 RAM slots.

Please suggest me a good mobo.
I want to spend as less as possible,max 3K.

Please suggest more than one because some brand like Palit,Biostar,Abit etc are hard to find in Kolkata.

xfx 630i - 3.5k no dual channel , 2 ram slots only . but has onboard gfx

abit ip35-e - 5.5k , best for budget but no onboard gfx.

It's hard to find a good overclock a mobo in Rs. 3000. So......
Msi p35 neo fr2 Rs. 5000-6000 without onboard gfx.
