i didnt find good mobile in 13k so i upgrade to 15k,guys suggest me good mobile

If you don't wanna extend your budget anymore then you can look out for Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman and its a decent phone and it has got the ICS update also.
And if you can increase your budget a lil more then the you can also look out for Sony Ericsson Neo V for around 16-17k.
