LG 2342DP is the cheapest monitor available as per my knowledge, ... and it costs around 14k.
viewsonic v3d245 and v3d231 are the best, as they have got higher contrast ratio and 2ms response time, but they are costlier,
i don't think that in 9k there is any 3d monitor available.

i think lg 2260v will be good, the only thing is that it has 5ms response time but it has sufficient horizotal and vertical frequency for 3d display.....
