should be intel i5 (my ma'am wants to buy and she knows only intel)
minimum 3-4 gb ram

my ma'am wants it for usual net surfing and movies etc, so laptop should work fine and should not give any problems (like heating).battery backup should be good and after sale service should also be good.purchase will be local.
