Need IPhone Trade off phone urgently

Hi there someone gifted us a iPhone 5s 16 gb space grey now I know iPhone is good but I SIMPLY DONT WANT IT

IF that thing doesn't make sense then let me tell in little brief-once somebody gifted me a nexus 7 and it was wow on opening now I got a iPhone and here are my issues With IT!

I just opened to check. It it is there with all accessories

Firstly It's 16gb not enough my nexus 7 runs out of it same with my ipad 4th gen
Jailbreaking I keep it second after rooting
The phone looks and feels miracle but I am thinking of just letting it go i need a better phone rather then having a showpiece studded I want pwrr

I am planning to sell it and my nexus 7 of or about 35-40k

So 35 thousand is my budget
Here are my requirements

A Good processor basically for gaming ,I mean HARD edged I will play these games not temple run styled shorts

Great space space if possible I would love 64gb or 32 or anything I need Really HEFTY SPACE installing basically games would take up 60% or somewhat?

It should Have great android upgrades and policies

A GOOD camera not photography fan but enough for good photos

Lastly I would love ruggedness or hard protection

I liked nexus 5 32 gb but I am so what into that it's becoming old now

LG G2- i play games like rr3, injustice , the amazing spiderman, mw3, gangster vegas etc without any lags. Camera is great too.
You can buy a case for protection.



Update:

If you can wait for a week or two.. take a look at lg g3. Launching soon. Best flagship imo.

G3 is nice. Can you reccomend anything else I also want to know how much is storage capacity?

One plus one is a cool phone with amazing specs & it runs on CM11. But, there's one problem with it..you want a phone urgently & it hasn't been launched anywhere yet..& there's also no saying as to when the device will launch in india ( might take much longer ).. :/

Can't I obtain it using 3rb parties or serivces etc?in india I liked it really week otherwise please provide some other phone dev friendly like nexus or oneplus

Bhai, yaha pe log sab rich families se hai kya. Sala mereko gift me ek shirt ya pant maximum milta hai aur yaha logo ko tees chalees hazaar ke mobiles milte hai! 5s to aur bi zyada dam hai.

Bhai bas koi foreign m rahata hair Jo waga pe it wala Big company ma hai.so every time India carrying a gift list time 5 n7 tabs this time 3 iPhone nice way to so pwrr I request them to give me cash next time
