i need core i5 laptop for animation
Requirement:
Brand:dell/HP(only)
Processor:i5(at least 2.55 is must)
RAM:4GB DDR3
Hard disk:500GB
Graphic card:1GB(so that i can play latest games)
Battery:5-6hrs
Audio/Display:HD
WEBCAME/Bluetooth is must

Go for the Dell Ones.They have them listed in the web site. It is easy to order online too.
Do not go for HP It has stability issues. On an average more of my colleagues in the S/W firm where I work lost their HP due to motherboard crashes / GPU burnout / etc than the guys owning Dell.

wont suggest u HP.
Go for dell xps but you wont get 5-6hr battery back up.you can get it by replacing ur 6cell battery with a 9 cell battery but that will also give u a back up of only max 4hrs.only apple laptops give that much(approx 6hrs) battery back up

BTW mention the budget dude...
