@ praks: well the beep is loud enough to be heard beyond 2 rooms...i mean its clear tone beep...

Yeah that it does.... ......According to FAQ, u can control the frequency via software... never tested though...

well, even i hv NOT testedthis so called freq setting.. and i guess its available only in the higher (and also more costlier) versions of APC UPSes.. lol...

yup, its a gr8 brand, ppl can never go wrong..
