Broken In
I finally want to buy the rig finally, but there are some problems which I cannot decide.

1. I have never overclock a processor and have no idea how to do it and how does it work.

2. I have found that it is done mainly to play high level games. which is not of my primary interest.

3. For programming purpose, given a program doesnot take the 100% cpu usage, how can overclock help in such cases?

4. Dunno when Z68 mobos available and there might be problems with those mobos like the B2 revision so is it good to wait for it?

5. going for a P67 mobo needs a graphics card. Many persons suggested that if I go for GPU computation, i must have an nVIDIA cuda supported graphics card which is better than using i7 2600k but costs quite high(since I am not interested to invest a lot in graphics cards) But I dont have quite some idea on GPU computation. I mean how to do the programs in R and MATLAB. Both of them supports GPU computation but probably requires a lot more data structures.

could u suggest something about these?
I'm opting for a 50k rig
i5 2500k
asus p8p67 pro
NZXT gamma cabinet(Dunno whether available @kolkata)
Corsair 2*2GB
Seagate 1TB hdd
APC 1kv/750v ups
corsair vx450

(PROBABLY SOME GRAPHICS CARD due to using a p67 mobo)

for no overclocking the config will be
i5 2400
intel h67 mobo
nzxt gamma cabinet
corsair 2*2
seagate 1tb hdd
corsair vx 450
apc ups
