Need help to buy laptop under 45k

Right off the assembly line
My preferences are

* Good performance (heard Toshiba has heating problems etc.)
* Good Keyboard (has an Acer with Island KBD its a nightmare)
* After Sales Support

1) What is your budget? (INR)
max 45k

2) What size notebook would you prefer?
Mainstream; 15" - 16" screen


3) Which country will you buying this notebook?
Kolkata, India (It would be great if someone can mention a good place to buy laptop at Kolkata)

4) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
Like: Dell, Samsung, Sony (had a long running dv)
Dislike: Toshiba

5) What are the primary tasks will you be performing with this notebook?
Little gaming such as counter strike, aoe etc. Not high end games. Movies and music. Microsoft Office.

6) Will you be taking the notebook with you to different places, leaving it on your desk or both?
both

7) Will you be playing games on your notebook? If so, please state which games or types of games?
Yes. Counter strike, AOE.

8) How many hours of battery life do you need?
4+ hours I guess would be decent.

9) Would you prefer to see the notebooks you're considering before purchasing it or buying a notebook on-line without seeing it is OK?
Yes.

10) What OS do you prefer? Windows (XP or Vista or Windows 7), Mac OS, Linux, etc.
Windows 7

11) What screen resolution(s) would you prefer?
Best resolution : 1460 *something I guess. Sorry, I am a noob here.

Please suggest as soon as possible. I have to buy the laptop urgently tomorrow.

In the zone
Go for a HP Probook. The games on your list are old and can be easily played on the Intel HD 3000, and Probooks are of very good quality.
