need help building a gaming rig

1. What is the purpose of the computer? (Note: If you are planning to say multimedia, you will have to be more specific as

all types of systems are capable of doing that)

A:extreme gaming, movies

2. Are you open to alternate ideas/products giving similar better performance but offering more VFM/ sellers? If not- why?
A:yes, but the performance should be better

3. What is your MAX budget?
A:60000 (for now)

4. Planning to overclock?
A:yes, if i ever learn how to do it.

5. Which OS are you planning to use?
A:win 7 ultimate 64 bit

6. How much hard drive space is needed?
A: 1 tb

7. What resolution will the screen run at & whats the size of the screen you want? If you already want have one and want to

use it, mention its resolution and size.

A:i want one, full hd, 23/24".. budget for that will be around 15k can increase to 17k if necessary

8. How would you rate your hardware knowledge from the count of 1-10? (1 being the lowest, 5 being you are somewhat in sync

with the current performers and 10 being the highest)

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
A:i will try to assemble it myself but if will take help from someone if needed

10. When are you planning to buy the system?
A: i'm in no hurry, will do it in 1-2 months

11. Are you one of the types looking out for "future proof" configurations?
A: yes i'm looking for a future proof config for atleast 4-5 years

12. Are there going to be any components that you don't want to include in this new rig? If yes, do mention.
A: check question 14

13. Which city do you live in and are you open to buying from shops from other city/states?
A: i live indore, will try my best to get the components here but i dont think i will get much of them. can go to delhi for

buying, also lynx(chandigarh) is another good option for me as my relatives live in chandigarh

14. Mention any other points if deemed necessary
A: i'm making a ultimate gaming rig, but due to lack of money i cant make it at once, it will take around 6-8 months for me

make final budget will be around 130k(+/- 10k), of which 60k is available for now and will add other things later on.

things i want in it:
intel i7 2600k
a mobo with many option for upgradation (in case i need to upgrade further)
coolermaster haf 932/ haf x (which ever is better in price/performance ratio)
a dell moniter 24" led (as you can see i will use it for gaming so want low response time :))

i just want to know what parts should i buy first so that i can make the computer in running condition, thatz why leave GPU

(will go for 580 GTX later on), ups, cpu cooler, speakers, ssd(wont buy ssd, i dont need one) and other unnecessary things.

and also temme the sequence in which i should buy the components, will get around 10k per month for the system.

NOTE: my parents wont allow me to upgrade system for 4-5 years then so i want a thing that can survive this long period. then

extra 10k per month is being provided by my brother of his salary. so dont suggest me things that need maintanance of 50k each year.

PS: plz dont fight in this thread over what is best and what is not, that confuses me what to buy.

@jaskanwar sir the mobo you told me will hold enough options for me to upgrade later on?
also remove the ups,as i have one already. add some other important thing instead of that, i guess 10k can buy something better. :)

Take a look at Corsair Graphite 600T @ 10k or CM HAF X.

Corsair AX1200W @ 16k (if u going for 580 tri sli setup)

actually i am waiting a little for z68 mobo reviews. Till then approx cost of gigabyte ud4 or asus pro model.

Take a look at Corsair Graphite 600T @ 10k or CM HAF X.

sir i dont like that corsair graphite 600t(no eye candy).. i will go for either haf x or haf 932... which one is better(consider pricing too)?

Corsair AX1200W @ 16k (if u going for 580 tri sli setup)

whatz tri sli setup?? sorry i'm total noob :( and if i dont know that i dont think i will go for it.

actually i am waiting a little for z68 mobo reviews. Till then approx cost of gigabyte ud4 or asus pro model.
okie temme more later on about that mobo. but it have sufficient slots to fulfill every upgrade?(like gpu, ram) also is it usb 3.0 supported?

600T is one of the best chasis now a days, anyways it your choice ...haf series is good too

tri setup means running 3 gfx cards at the same time

z68 will have all the latest features
it is going to hit the markets soon

here is the review of 3 boards
Z68 Express Roundup: Three Motherboards Do Battle Around $200 : Overclocking, Quick Sync, And SSD Caching

but 600T is not a lookie... not like haf series thatz why i rejected it. kinda foolish but.. :D

also i wont be applying a tri setup, one is enough for me.. so which psu should i take now?

z68 will do the work for me then.. can you temme any expected price for that mobo?

i checked out the cabinets today... haf 932 doesnt have usb 3.0 ports so i will drop it.. will buy haf x... can you guyz plz temme the price of the same?

also is this the same ram jas suggested
