Need Headphones around 2k!!!

Hi guys
I am planning to buy headphones preferably on-ear or over-ear types since i already have in-ear type(logitech ue350vi).
My budget is around 2k. I will be using this mostly with iPhone4 and sometimes with my laptop as well.
Please suggest some good headphones in this range..

So is sony good compared to the jbl and hd202..i saw the xb300 online..its got some good reviews...
one thing i want to mention is that i would like some strong and tight bass and if possible some noise cancellation...i believe that jbl does nt have any noise cancellation(thats how it seems from the pics and reviews)..but the hd202 seems to have some good cushioning..so does the hd202 has good bass also(compared to my ue350vi)...and wat about the sony xb300 compared to the hd202...

get the sony xb30 ex. its best for bass lovers. am using it and am impressed by its noise cancellation & bass

I believe xb30ex is in- ear type which i already hav as mentiond in op nd it realy is good...dat is why i need either over-ear or around-ear so that i wil less damage to my ears...
