Need guidance on used laptop buying which is under 9+ months warranty.

I'm getting an HP laptop which is under 9 months warranty.
Bought from flip kart & mentioned date on bill is 27th oct. 2015

Specs
AMD A8 7410
4gb RAM
1 TB HDD
Windows 10

So going by the specifications mentioned by owner following is the laptop model.

Should I get it & if yes what should be the price.
Will HP honour the warranty even if its not registered in my name?

What pointer should i take into consideration while examining it.

Check the laptop thoroughly before buying

After discounts this lappy was around 23k during christmas.

The owner had quoted 18k & says he is in urgent need for money so selling it. Not sure if its serviced or faulty.

Also worried for warranty by HP.

The laptop was booked from some other person's account.

There is a saying that don't buy 2nd hand electronic items.
Before buying laptop check it thoroughly, check it's parts hdd,ram,proccy,gpu etc. in the device manager.check it's fans.check it's battery backup.
Do a stress test.Play a game on it.Check the temperatures.
check if it is not damaged,check if he had not spilled water on it.
If you know a friend who is from I.T. take him along with you to do a internal check.
Atleast check laptop for 1-2 hours before buying.

Food for thought

Why not you buy a desktop in that price point, that will be more powerful than a second hand laptop.

My opinion don't buy it.Buy a new one instead.HP liable to provide warranty to the 1st hand buyer and can easily deny warranty to you.

I avoided that lappy for time being, will get new one [same model] in next sale when it comes around 22500 INR.

I already have i3 desktop which I got around Feb 2015 which is shared by 3 other family members. My Nexus 7 original is pretty outdated & slow after lollipop update so I need another device for my purpose & this time no tablets as want full fledged working system.

In between if any decent laptop comes under 25k budget then please let me know.
