Need GPRS config. for nokia 3500c!!!!!

i googled solution and also get but dont know how to apply it!!!!
i know my voda and excel sim are gprs active cause it works on my dads N72 mobile
whenever i try to connect web in 3500c it shows "Packet data connection not available"

pls give me brife description how to active the access point and packet data setting
pls dont give any links coz i know that i just want the method becoz i messed of in whole think?????????

i tried it earlier but no msg was sent to my mobile, but if u sya i will giv 1 more chance

if this1 work can i browse through bsnl sim coz that site doesnt provide bsnl support
