Need Good Computer CPU Buid for Linux

Hi Guys need a decent CPU build for Linux and windows based usage.

Budget-20k

Purpose: linux and entertainment ( Media Centre).

Building: I already Build 2 pc's . Had Monitor and HDD. Just need rest of the components. Includes the following
cpu
mb
psu
case
drive
kb
mouse

Mainstream usage is just linux may use windows in future. It will be used for
