1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Dota 2, Diablo 3, Heroes of newerth, COD, League of legends

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.

Ans:Windows8(already own it)

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:(Gonna use my existing hard drive 500gigs)

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.

AMD FX 8350 @ 12K
Gigabyte GA-990FX-UD3 @ 9.6K/ MSI 990FXA-GD65 @ 9.2K
G-Skill RipjawX 1600 MHz CL9 DDR3 4GB X 2 @ 3.3K
Zotac GTX 650 Ti 1GB GDDR5 @ 10.4K
NZXT Source 210 Elite @ 2.6K
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo @ 2.2K
Seasonic Eco 600 600W 80+ Bronze PSU @ 4.3K (Better than CX 600 V2, comes with 80+ Bronze Certification)

Total: 40K

Regarding CPU Cooler, FX-8350 comes with a very good CPU Cooler with two Copper Heat pipe and provides good cooling for casual overclocking. If you can create a custom Fan Profile using the software comes with the Motherboard or some third party tools to make the CPU fans rotate at higher RPM with lesser load then stable 4.4 GHz overclocking is possible. I have overclocked mine around 4.5/4.6 GHz with a custom Fan Profile and ran it for 15 minutes with 100% load to all the 8 Cores for stability check (using Handbrake Video Encoder) and temperature never exceeded 68 degree C.

In the zone
the above rig is good....
But if the purpose is only gaming than you should go for intel rig. Here is my suggestion:
Intel i5 3570 12k
Asus B75 Mobo 4.5k
G Skill RipjawsX 2 x 4Gb 3.3k
Gigabyte GTX 660 OC 14.5k
Corsair CX 430 V2 2.7k
NZXT Source 210 Window 3k
TOTAL 40k

This has more powerful GPU. AND for gaming GPU matters

Regarding Graphics card, GTX 650 Ti is more powerful than HD 7770, don't confuse the normal GTX 650 with the Ti version. GTX 650 and GTX 650 Ti are two complete different cards, the former is just a overclocked GT 640 whereas the later is a stripped down GTX 660.

Case dimensions: (W) 180 x (H) 408 x (D) 454 mm
Evo is around 158.5 in height.
Looks like a fit.
Side fan installation may not be possible.

BMG ftw!!
No good coolers are there inside that height. Hyper 212 evo is your minimum choice over OEM heatsink.
