Need email address of mgnt of delhivery couriers

I never had any problems with Delhivery.

Though I had problems with DTDC once.
It depends upon city to city. once I got to know from DTDC service person is that these courier companies hire local boys (on a temporary basis) when there is huge delivery lot for a day. and some of these boys being lazy enough, don't even go to the destination address and update the system as rescheduled delivery or owner not available.

Totally acceptable but updating that refused by owner sucks. Their customer support is also the worst.
