Need cheapest product available for tap faucet purifier

I need some decent water purifier that can be fitted to the tap/facuet. Main purpose would be to remove dust particles and other visible particles. The tap water we get seem to have some dust particles or other particles. The primary purpose may be to use for bath and cleaning essential things.
Since we use Mineral water for drinking don't want to invest on any thing expensive.
Does anybody have any suggestions?

Hey bro I had the same problem in our house and we bought one simple plastic toy like thing which fits on the tap and it worked for us...
It costs 10 rs in local shop..
I don't have pic of it now, but I will surely pm you when I go back home.
