Need Android phone will moderate screen size and big memory

I'm exhausted trying to find a phone with a 4inch screen size but with at least 8GB internal memory, but there seems to be none. All 4 inch phones comes with 4GB memory max. The next upgrade is always bigger screen but not bigger memory, I mean what the hell? Is there no one who needs a small form factor phone with top end specs - faster CPU, larger memory and higher resolution camera?

Phone manufacturers are always pushing towards ridiculously large screens. You need high end specs? here is a phablet. No thanks, I need a phone that can slip in my pocket, but I don't want your crappy 512 RAM and 4GB space.

My requirements are: 4inch screen, dual SIM, 8GB internal memory, 1GB RAM and Android JB, and guess what? there are no phone of this specification in the market. Take my money and make a phone for those who love shiny things in small packages you bloody phone manufacturers.

I want suggestions please.

I don't want XOLO and similar Chinese/Indian brands.

I tried the GSM phone finder tool, and there is only one Samsung phone of 4.3inch screen that fits the bill. But ugh.. I hate Samsung phones.

Thats a shitty phone. Xperia M dual is better than that is every respect other than camera, you can save 4k too
But the best 4.3" phone which is VFM & has dual SIM might be the S4 Mini(20.5k)

His basic requirement is 8GB memory with small screen.
Samsung, He does not want.
Xperia have 4GB Internal Memory.
All specifications of HTC Desire 501 dual sim are debatable.
He will see and decide on its launch
or he will wait for next phone.
He has to decide, what he wants.
We can suggest only.
