1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')

Ans: graphic designing. Photoshop cc, coreldraw x7 etc

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.

Ans: 100k

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: yes

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: windows 7/10

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 2 TB + SSD for os

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.

Ans: yes 22inch to 27 inch. Want new but no idea what should i get. Minimum is full hd ips.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?

Ans: nithing

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: now

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: yes

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Chhattisgarh And can buy online also
11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans:no

Hi ashishzion,

The reason to suggest the Intel I7 CPU because you are going to do OC and It has the performance difference between the other processors. It has inbuilt graphics, that will help you for photo editing and programing stuff. The MSI MOBO supports CrossFire and SLI technology, so in future you can add the GPU. The latest version of MOBO will help you for future proof rig. I choose SSD as primary storage and HDD as secondary storage because during system process, you’ll be constantly saving and rendering directly from the HDD.

Here are some options for you, based on your requirement.

Intel I7 -4790k for OC.
MSI Z87-G45.
Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB).
Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250 SSD.
WD Black 2TB for performance.

Good luck.

This leaves you 10k for the GPU which I'm not sure about whether Nvidia Quadro or GTX 970 would be better suited for your work. I've included the monitor which you mentioned above.

An an Asus R7 290X 2gb to this. Photoshop CC used OpenCL, not CUDA so Nvidia is of no use. AMD's OpenCL performance outperforms any Nvidia card.

As far as photoshop CC is concerned Nvidia cards perform good there. Also newer maxwell cards do perform better than Kepler on OpenCL.
Even integrated hd4600 does well for gpu acceleration to a good extent in photoshop, may use it and buy GPU later if required.

AMD radeon R9 270 is a fine card.Can go for this: SAPPHIRE GRAPHICS CARD R9 270 2GB DDR5 DUAL-X OC WITH BOOST (R9 270 DUAL-X 2GD5 OC WITH BOOST - 11220-00-41G - 840777064528 ) ~12.6k
Antec vp550p/v2 ~3.5k can be considered as well if saving is needed.

asus pb287q is the holy grail of graphic designer monitors, PLS Screen + 1440p display gives a lot of work space as well as accurate color representation, its high cost is a bummer though (40+ K)

I would recommend a Dell Ultrasharp, although you will not get 100% Adobe RGB coverage, atleast the sRGB coverage is fine and out of box support and warranty is O.K. A good one will cost you around 17K(Dell Ultrasharp U2412M-74% aRGB coverage).
Geforce is perfectly fine for tasks like photo manipulation/graphic creation, and the future driver releases might even make it better than AMD counterparts for openCL related tasks. I am currently using Photoshop CC on 750M and Quadro K2100M, and I can't say if there is any perceivable difference between two. Superficially, even Haswell series igpus are fine(And Iris 5200 is a killer GPU for applications like Photoshop, but wouldn't make much sense in desktop scenario, I can't say about batch processing though as the performance may vary drastically in that case).

Hi ashishzion,

Here are some options for GPU, based on your budget.

1) Radeon R9 270X 2GB
2) GeForce GTX 760 2GB
3) Sapphire ATI HD 7950 3 GB

Good Luck.
2) GeForce GTX 760 2GB
3) Sapphire ATI HD 7950 3 GB
Above 2 GPU's are good enough on price-performance ratio.

Hi bssunil,

Yes, both GPU's are good enough in price-performance ratio, based on my experience with it. The GTX 760 is the card which can run almost every game on the resolution of 1920 X 1800 with ultra-settings and the games I tested FC4, COD advance and BF4. It’s good for graphics design and games. It has 3D vision support as well. The Sapphire ATI HD 7950 3 GB is a boosted version of the specific GPU or the overclocked version of the graphic card, and the reason to that is the increased performance. It has has Dual-link DVI-I, DVI-D, HDMI and DisplayPort connections available for monitors and helps a lot in the graphics design system.
