Does Nexus 5 support 4G in India?. While comparing nexus 5 to Moto G 2nd Gen in gsmarena, i found display type to be "True HD IPS+ capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors" for nexus and "IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors" for moto G. What is the difference and which is better?
I can tell you about nexus 5, if you search on net you will see that nexus 5 scree is best screen.
IPS LCD
The LED backlit IPS display has really good viewing angles and very accurate colour reproduction. The display is also bright enough to be easily used in sunlight without hampering usability much.
True HD IPS Plus
reduces reflections, offers better sensitivity along with better colours and brightness.
Nexus 5 vs 2014 Moto G: screen
The plucky Moto G has to be given plenty of credit for its screen, which is downright impressive. A £150 smartphone that has a 4.5in, 720 x 1,280 (326ppi) IPS display as good as this is a real achievement.
From our Labs testing we measured Moto G’s display brightness at a maximum 436cd/m[SUP]2[/SUP], with a contrast ratio of 991:1. In real-world language this means it’s an incredibly bright display with colours that really leap from the screen.
The Nexus 5 refuses to be outdone here though, with a beautiful 4.95in 1,080 x 1,920 (445ppi) IPS display. This pixel rich screen boasts a brightness of 508cd/m[SUP]2[/SUP] and a contrast ratio of 888:1, which ensures video content, images and graphics on this screen all look their best.
The display you get on the Moto G for its price is truly remarkable, however the sheer pixel count of the Nexus 5 makes is impossible to ignore.
With both devices sharing the same Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection we’re calling this round a score draw - although the Nexus 5 edges the win on penalties after extra time.

Does anyone know how good is music in nexus 5?
Nexus 5 speakers are pretty decent. Music is good when listened on low volume if you have not experienced any other phone in loudspeaker mode. On high volume (and customized high volume gives "scratching/popping/unclear" sound). Better use in-ear headsets, headphones etc etc for better sound.
The Nexus 5 speaker: Yes, there's only one — and software may be hurting what you hear [updated]

I have almost decided on nexus 5. But I have another problem. I have an old Nokia n79 which I use sometime with my same SIM as my HTC. Nexus uses a micro SIM where as other two use a mini SIM. Is there any way I can use same SIM card on nexus as well as on my old phone?
Yes, why not, I also use sim card for different mobiles.
Try sim adapter, which will convert micro to nano, micro to mini etc etc... as per your requirement search in store..

Can someone suggest a good case and screen guard for nexus 5?
Good case can be original case, specifically bumper case for nexus 5 from Google.
Or buy any case from local market. If you are trying touch mobiles for 1st times, don't buy flip cover case, its ugly and every time you need to open it to unlock screen. Try bumper or back from local market also, I got back case for 100 rs, still working great.
Screen guard, glossy screen guard are good enough. I got one deal of 399 rs and 3 time exchange warranty in 1 year. Got replaced 2 times. Now got the better version of screen guard.

Hi, due to budget constraint, i had to keep on hold my intended purchase of Nexus 5. Now i want to buy something in the 15 - 16 K range. My choices are Moto G2 or Moto X1 (if stretch my budget a little more). However, i am also thinking of L730 / L735 (Not currently available in India. But expected by end of Dec'14 as i read some where.) Can some one advice me on Lumia?. I have never used a windows phone.
Ok. in that budget go for moto g 2nd gen only. No other option. Moto X 2013 will be bad choice. Or wait for moto e 2nd gen. If you tried android once then don't go for windows, if you have not tried then you can try, it's risky. In hardware terms you will get good one's, but on software you will stuck.
But still if you want to try.. then..
Nokia Lumia 730 Dual (windows 8.1)
Or try for L 1320
Or wait for windows 10 mobiles.

Yes, some operators like airtel have plan to launch 4g on 1800 mhz which is a common band among 4g capable phones. Do you know how is after sales support of Nokia? What Will happen now to Nokia phone since Microsoft has taken over?
I got very bad experience from Nokia Service Center. I was big fan of Nokia.

No chinese brand please!!. My preferences are Moto G2, Moto X1 (Currently discontinued as per FK), Moto X2 (Over budget), Nexus 5, Lumia 730, 735 ( To be launched in India) & Lumia 830
Actually you should think in this way, "how they can offer such a strong and same hardware for low price? "
Brand value always cost you more.
