NEED Advice Building my new RIG(GAMING)

Hi there I need advice on upgrading my gaming rig. This is what I currently have.

Lenovo h430
2gb ram
Nvidia gtx 650 to 2gb
Intel Pentium g640 2.80 GHz
A lenovo motherboard (unknown model)
128 GB sad and 1 tb HDD

And I also have a second rig
2gb ram
500 GB HDD
Intel Pentium g 6 45
Hp mobo and stuff

So now I am planning to upgrade it or sell it and create a new one my main problems are-

LOOKS ,I reprinted it millatary green it looks great but lenovo logo.....

Heat.my GPU gets quite heated up while using and playing games I play usually bf4 w,cod ghosts etc.

I can put the components from HP PC into my main desktop or I can sell the HP for 6-7k so that's my margin is 12k at max can anybody reccomend upgrading here?

I can see that a new cabinet with better cooling may cost a lot .if not please guide onto I gut stumbled my bitfendix shinobi

A motherboard a new one may give better circulation?

May like to save up for some gaming gear

Nope man I can't tried it all up.
I can't find a good place

EBay out of order
Quikr olx I find foolish people who call me asking my PC for 2-6k seriously?

And nearby shops gives half the second hand price...
