Buy the Moto E2

If you go by the specs, it'll seem overpriced...

but

A general user will hardly notice any difference.. the stock vanilla android running on E2 is good. Moto E2 is really sturdy, very important point. Decent after sales service.

A friend got the Moto E2 for his brother.

We should not blindly judhe all phones just by it's specs, the pros and cons in the real world scenario is based on many other factors.

In the zone
Buy the MotoE2015 . There have been heating/performance issues with the redmi. MotoE2015 has very good battery life.
