Need a smartphone. Budget is really tight.

Hi,
I was wondering if I could get hold of a new Galaxy Nexus or a slightly used one. I am on a very limited budget and can't spend more than 15k on a phone. I want to buy a Nexus for the obvious reasons. Current phone is Xperia Mini.

You guys can also recommend other last year phones that are still available. Lower the price, the better.

The lowest price for a GNex I found was 16.5k (new).
Why not go for an LG L9 with a deal at about 15k? A lot of people are using it on this forum, and all are pretty satisfied.
