if you want camera,
Mi4i has good camera on that price range, you can also go for moto x play with a 21 mp cam
Redmi Note 3 camera is average

Well design wise One Plus X is probably one of the better ones in your budget. Also, the camera itself is great. The front 5mp camera is also one of the best in class.

Just one downside to oneplus x is that you can either use 2 Sims or one SIM & one memory card(as the loading tray just doesn't have space)

The whole redmi note 3 3GB ram version suits your needs, the screen, form factor, 4G, etc. except the camera. RN3 camera isn't 16 MP, but its good. You can get better camera with OPX onyx, but that is 15k. 3K over the budget.
so, +1 for Redmi Note 3 3GB version
