Need A Rig Under 65k.

Hi buddy, I want a gaming rig with:

*Price:65k, a bit flexible.
*Style:Style, it matters but performance first.
*Monitor: Actually I would appreciate if you could give me two configurations, one with Monitor and one without Monitor.
*Hard Drive: Minimum 1Tb.
*Processor: 3gen i7/i5 (i7 Preferred) or something which is a monster which could compete with 3rd Gen i7.
*Graphics Card: One with good clock speed and atleast with 2GB memory.
*RAM: 6-8 Gb, more if under budget.
*Speakers:Not sure...
*Soundcard: If under budget (Actually I don't need it).
*Keyboard and Mouse: I need a wired one.

*Misc: X-Box Style Wired Cotroller or one of Microsoft's (do not include in budget).

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Just Gaming, it must be future ready for games like GTA V and Far Cry 3 and Crysis 3

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.

Ans:If non-warranty voiding option like Intel TurboBoost is available then YES.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Windows 8

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:1Tb or more

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Please give one configuration with monitor and one without it.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:None

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:Late in November (Diwali)

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?

TOTAL = 61k (assuming gfx costs 10k)

You have 4k left for keyboard and mice.

A microsoft xbox style controller costs 1.5-2k for the wired one and 2.5-3k for the wireless one.
