Even stock will feel like crap switching from One UI. I'd say stay with the One UI.
In my experience Samsung display is good. Xiaomi, not bad. Samsung is superior, that is a fact. But Xiaomi not bad either. Unless you put 2 of them side by side.
Get Poco X2 IMO or Redmi K20 (AMOLED is a treat to look at). Realme XT is also an ok choice, inferior software compared to the other two. I'd rate One UI superior to MIUI, but both have ads. It can be turned to an extent by following some online guides. I think MIUI is a good custom skin, has a lot of features. Realme is still adding some necessary features with its android 10 update & needs further optimization.

Stay away from Oppo & vivo.

M30s performs similar to S660/665, so inferior to RN8P, Poco X2 & K20. A50s/A51 has same SoC as M30s but with better build & some added minor features, those are not worth 20k. If you want Samsung, M30s it is. It trumps others in terms of battery life.
Compare Samsung Galaxy M30s vs. Xiaomi Poco X2 vs. Xiaomi Redmi K20 - GSMArena.com
^^Pick one among these
Im thinking of switching from Samsung. The after sales service of Samsung is pathetic.
So most probably i will choose from poco x2 or K20.
And hows the after sales service of Xiaomi?

Have you tried shooting a mail to Samsung's ching pang chong's in SK? My friend did and he even got 50% off on bill.

I am ok if they simply install them. Galaxy notifications are the loudest and most frequent. Reminds me of ambulence siren. :(

Worse than Samsung. Samsung & maybe Apple have the best after-sales for phones right now.

One UI has ads? Can you post a screenshot?
They recommend apps here & there. My S8 recommended apps in app like Game Launcher, so stopped using that. Heard its more in cheaper M series phones & Samsung Mall pushes some stuff as well. No info of system ads in places like settings, don't think Samsung will implement that.

This guy made a video, so yeah, some annoying recommendation does happen, but in Xiaomi level. Realme will get to Xiaomi level soon with leaks regd. some system ads other than recommendations.

@anupam_pb I am using k20 & after configuring various options & settings I don't see any ads in system ui. I do get mi store notification for their apps(can be turned off) but I have only muted them & all I got to do is swipe them & I get them like once a day(sometimes 2 in a day in which 1 is for update of their apps not found on play store but pre-installed like their browser, sms, player apps etc which is of at least some use & hence I have left it on). Other than this I get suggested songs play list notification(again once a day or sometimes 2 but not more than that) from mi player which I actually use to listen to random songs though it can be turned off as well. In short,I find latest miui 11 with my configured settings on k20 completely fine.

K20 & Poco has lesser "ads" than Redmi Note series, etc. Even RN8 can be configured to significantly lower those recommendations. Since these guides exist, I recommend Xiaomi if it has a good phone for the price.

Recommending apps isnt ads. My Galaxy and Samsung store does that. No idea about Game Launcher.
At system level Samsung would never do that.

They earn revenue & pushing such notifications is just annoying. Since they are technically advertising an app, it can be considered an ad.

It can be removed almost completely, a bit better than Xiaomi for sure.

Low, mid-level Samsung phones are not good. Samsung sells its best at ₹ 60k. They won't give you that even if you offer 30K.
