As your primary task is gaming.
Asus is the best option for you.
No other brand gives such good specs at such an affordable price.
If you consider Dell XPS then you need to extend your budget to 54k in which you will get i5/6gb ram/2gb graphic card/500gb HDD(7200 rpm) with very good(the best in class) sound quality.In this you will also get a better webcam and genuine Win7
Where as in asus you will get i7/8gb ram/750gb HDD(5400 rpm) with normal or can say average sound quality and the price difference will be around 9k as asus laptop will cost you around 45k

+1 to that. If you wanna play games with really good graphics consider a desktop. In laptops your only options are hp dv4 (unavailable at most places)and asus.
