Need a mobile with Stylus, upgradable to Nougat & Dual sim

I've already made 2 posts about suggestions for buying a mobile but there was a change in my requirements, so I'm making another thread. My apologies in advance.

I need a mobile with the following order of preference:
1. Stylus
2. Android 7.0 - 7.1.2 "Nougat" OR Upgradable to Nougat..I can wait for some weeks for the upgrade to happen
(I do a lot of multi tasking etc so I think Nougnat features will be very useful to me)
3. Dual SIM

First of all, please suggest me all models available with above features. If dual SIM is not available, I guess i will be ok with using a Single SIM.... I know that there are LG mobiles that will satisfy my requirements but I really wish to avoid LG as I've heard of terrible cases of LG after sales services. This isn't some rumor etc but happened to a lot of people i know personally.



There's SAMSUNG Galaxy Note 3 Neo but I don't know if it's upgradable to Nougat. Also, it seems to be a bit overpriced as it has Internal Storage of only 16 GB. It has a single SIM but i may have to ignore that. Is it upgradable to Nougat? And why is it so expensive? Just coz it's Samsung and has stylus? ALso, I assume that after installing Nougat, it will be possible to install apps in eternal memory card, right?

I also read on the net that though it's not provided, if we buy a stylus (Like stillo etc), it will work on Redmi Note 4 as well Redmi Note 3, I may get redmi note 4 but I'm also considering Redmi Note 3(don't mind saving some money), but is Redmi Note 3 upgradable to Android 7.0 - 7.1.2 "Nougat? And if I buy some other stylus, will it work on it?

1. Budget? About 12K-25K ..I want to avoid above 20k but if the features I want are only available at that price, I'll buy
2. Display type and size? approx 5 or 5.5 inch
3. Dual sim? preferably but if not available with my requirements, list single sim
4. Preferred choice of brand? None
5. What camera option you want (flash, front facing camera)? flash & front facing would be good, but not mandatory
6. Preferred operating system? (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, etc). Android 7
7. Preferred connectivity options (3G, 4G ready). 4G ready
8. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, internet, gaming etc)? Internet, Whatsapp, reading Pdfs & sometimes youtube ..maybe multimedia & gaming as well
9. Any specific mobile phones in consideration? See above, but I'm open to suggestions
10. Any other info that you want to share- See above

Increase budget to get Galaxy Note 5 for the stylus which may or may not be upgraded to Nougat.

Forget about stylus (or get a third party one for namesake) and get a Moto G4+ or Moto G5+

Officially, Redmi Note 3/4 will be stuck on Marshmallow since xiaomi gives MIUI updates rather than android updates.

I didn't read you wanted to buy Note 3 Neo, which is a 3 year old phone last updated to lollipop.

Again, there are no good phones with a stylus in your budget unless you want to go with 3 year old, refurbished or 2nd hand ones. Those which are, them getting marshmallow/nougat update itself is a pipe-dream.

Oh, I didn't mean that I want to buy Note 3 Neo, it was just one of the phones I had in mind..

What's your opinion about LG mobiles? And their after sales service?

Never needed after sales when I was using my E970.

Don't know about the low end ones though. They seem stupidly overpriced like the rest of the phones from Sony, HTC.

Yup, needed the stylus ..still hurts a bit ;)
But I don't have the phone yet, just gave a deposit..was wondering if I should buy LG plus 2 stylus instead..any suggestions?

720p on a 5.7" screen is bad. You sacrificed much better hardware for a stylus.

Is the difference between MotoG5 & LG Notes hardware that much? And I'd really like a Stylus, so I'm slightly confused here.
LG stylus 2 Plus would be about 18-19K, just a tad higher, but it has a better screen than LG Stylus 3 ...from gsm arena, it's 1080 x 1920 pixels (or
720 x 1280 pixels - K550 model (~386 ppi pixel density) which is the same as that of Stylus 2, (but I think the ones available are 1080x1920 mostly, else why make another model which is virtually almost the same?)

Edit: Or I guess the difference is mainly that stylus 3 comes with Android 7, unlike stylus 2 which is upgradable to Android 7 later

Get a 3rd party stylus instead of wasting 8k for same hardware as a Moto G5 on stylus 2 plus.

If you still want to spend that much, get G5 plus with a third party stylus.

hmm which third party stylus would you recommend?And could there be compatibility issues?

Honestly you should drop idea of stylus I searched internet for your specification i couldn't find a single phone with stylus except for some very old generation phones.
