Need a mobile urgent !! About 20k budget

What i mainly want is -

Very good Music quality
Video Playback
Decent battery
Android or WP8 ( If android then should have JB or should be atleast upgradeable to JB )
Touch Phone
Any Form , Any Brand ( No Indian brands please )

I am going to buy online , probably from ebay India.

I am currently considering Sony Xperia S (Rs.20,200 ebay ) and Xperia Ion ( Rs. 20,094 ebay ) but if there are any better options and if possible for a cheaper price then they really would be appreciated.

I'll be using this phone for the next 2 years so i really need something with not many problems.

Xperia Ion can be consider as one of the options,but probably not the best option.
Consider Samsung Galaxy grand, it is good for the price.
