Need a Mini-ITX motherboard

I am searching for a cheap Mini-ITX motherboard supporting 3rd generation intel core processors or 4th gen or AMD based if 3rd gen is not available.
The main purpose would be to create a small, portable and powerful desktop instead of buying a laptop. But I am not able to find even a single Mini-ITX motherboard in 3-4k range which does not come integerated with other processors.
Can anybody find a Mini-ITX motherboard for me?

you will not find stand alone mini-itx mobo(those without processor) in India for less than 8-9k.

Yup, sad but true. Good itx mobos and SFF cases/PSU's are quite costly.

I am gonna search for the motherboard locally.
But please tell me whether I can use a Core i3-3220 in a mini-itx cabinet without worrying about heating issues. I will try to get the smallest cabinet I could get. To fit it in my bag.

depends on room temps(e.g.in delhi summer top floor room with just a ceiling fan might not be enough but in kerala even without a ceiling fan it will work.if room temps are avg then it should be fine as core i3 doesn't run too hot.

It has a size of 19cm x 17 cm which is just 2 cm longer than Mini-ITX.
Can it fit in a Mini-ITX case?

It's micro atx. It won't fit in mini itx case.
