Need a little help downloading

I cannot download these two files from my connection ........ dont know why

i need them for my college study

can any one just download them and upload them somewhere else ?
like google drive/ mediafire /rapidshare

In my internet (bsnl 750 ul) also these sites are not opening (many sites are not opening) this is a problem for many users , its something wrong with them .

Well, in that case I cant be sure. My college is using BSNL connection too and even today internet was faster in my cell phone than in college But still, I'll try.

BTW, can you mention the book's author, I may find an alternate way to upload it.

You could try changing DNS Servers.

Or Google's DNS Servers :
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

Changing DNS Servers solves most of these problems.

also first find out which file hosting sites are even opening/working for you.most sites are opening very slowly & giving very low speed for free users.
