INR 35000 can extend upto 40000 if needed
2) What size & weight consideration (if any) would you prefer? Netbook; 11" - 10” screen or less Thin and Light; 12" - 14" screen Mainstream; 15" - 16" screen Desktop Replacement; 17"+ screen

Except HCL & ACER any brand is ok
4) What are the primary tasks will you be performing with this notebook?
Online trading & gaming on medium or low settings(gta 4 , mass effect series, batman arkham asylum,, assassin creed & gears of war & grid)
5) What screen resolution(s) & type (glossy/matte) would you prefer?
Full hd if possible & matte
6) Anything else you would like to say? (eg: local purchase, ASS,matte/glossy finish)
Would buy online if not available locally in bhagalpur bihar
And the lappy should have more than 3 hrs of battery backup on medium usage
